The Monrovia Art Project is seeking a $125,000 foundational investment to support the launch and execution of the first phase of this citywide cultural initiative.

This is a low-cost, high-impact initiative designed to create lasting cultural, tourism, and economic value through strategic partnerships, local talent, and community collaboration.

Unlike traditional development projects requiring significant infrastructure investment, public art has the ability to transform spaces, attract visitors, empower creatives, and create lasting cultural assets through targeted investment.
